Flooring is replaced throughout the entire unit with a combination of vinyl and tiles. Walls have been removed as well to create a larger room space and wall niches were installed in the bathroom for convenient space-saving without the need for shelves. Complete plumbing and carpentry works such as a walk-in wardrobe and concealed doors. False-ceiling was set up for optimal lighting in various areas. Minimalist Black & White
Completely hacking the entire house and re-furnishing the bathrooms and kitchens with new tiles. Designed a U-shaped cabinet with a square mirror, a shoe cabinet with a seating area for added comfort while wearing shoes, and epoxy grouting for the entire unit. A mirror storage cabinet was installed as well for efficient space-saving solutions.
